Telegram bot
Telegram is there to catch a thought in ten seconds. The site is there to sort it out calmly later. The space between them is one: whatever the bot saved is open on the site under the same account.
How to connect
- Open the @vioNotes_bot bot in Telegram.
- Link it to your Vio account following the prompt in the chat.
- Start writing: by text, by voice or by forwarding messages.
What the bot can do
- A voice message becomes the text of a note draft.
- Forwarded messages and files attach to the note.
- AI chat works right inside the bot - with the same access to your material.
- Reminders for tasks and meetings arrive in the same conversation.
No separate app to install - you already have Telegram. That also settles the question of how to capture a thought while driving.
From a message to a note
- Send text, a voice message or a file, or forward a message to the bot.
- Review the draft: you can add more text before saving.
- Press Save - the note and attached files appear on the site.
Several forwarded messages are collected into one draft with source details when Telegram provides them.
Commands for notes and chat
- /notes [page] - open the list of saved notes.
- /note <number> - read a specific note.
- /chat - switch from note mode to a Vio conversation.
- /help - show the current in-bot reference.
Telegram bot availability depends on the plan. If it is unavailable, the bot reports that before working with personal material.
