Notes

A note is the entry point to everything else. First you simply write the thought down, and only then decide what it becomes: a task, a meeting, a summary or the start of a conversation.

How a record gets in

A note can be created in four ways, and all of them lead to the same record in your space.

  • Type it in the editor on the site.
  • Dictate it - speech is recognised and becomes text.
  • Send a message to the bot in Telegram, voice messages included.
  • Forward someone else's message or a file to the bot - they attach to the note.

There is no need to sort anything into folders upfront. Search and the AI work on content, not on where you filed it.

What is inside a note

Beyond the text, a note holds attachments and links. You can attach several files to one record: documents, images, audio and video. Text is extracted from documents and speech is recognised in audio - after that the attachment takes part in search on equal terms with the note itself.

Links appear on their own: if a task or an event grew out of the note, they remember the source and lead back to it. People, companies and tags mentioned in the text become nodes in the relations graph.

What you can do with it

Every note carries the same set of buttons. Some work without AI and are always available, others are marked with a spark - those spend AI requests.

  • «To task» and «To calendar» - carry the text over as is, you fill the fields.
  • «To task (AI)» and «To calendar (AI)» - parse the phrase into date, attendees and place.
  • «Summarise» - condenses a long dictation into a separate note.
  • «To chat» - opens a conversation where the note is already the context.
  • Export to DOCX or PDF.
