About the project
Who makes Vio
Vio grew out of a simple problem: a thought arrives at an inconvenient moment, and by the time you get around to writing it down it is already gone. We built a space where capturing takes ten seconds and sorting out can wait until you have time.
Why this exists
The usual toolkit looks like this: notes in one app, tasks in another, calendar in a third, files in a messenger, and the AI assistant knows about none of it. Every time you need to find something you first have to remember where you put it.
Vio is arranged differently: notes, tasks, calendar and files live in one space and are linked to each other. That is why «where did I write this down?» has an answer, and why the AI replies from your own material rather than from general internet knowledge.
Who it is for
For people whose work and personal life are mixed into one day: freelancers, leads of small teams, consultants, researchers. People running many parallel things who would rather not spend attention maintaining a folder system.
That is exactly why habits and word cards live next to tasks: a day doesn't split into «work» and «personal», and a tool that refuses to admit that loses to a paper notebook anyway.
Current status
Vio runs on access by request. That way we get to talk to everyone who arrives, help move the first material across and hear what is missing while the product can still change quickly.

Principles
AI assists, it isn't a requirement
Every AI action has a manual counterpart next to it. If your quota runs out or a model is unavailable, the product keeps working.
Your data stays yours
We don't train models on your material and don't sell it. What the AI reads is your decision, per chat.
Nothing gets locked in
Any note, task, meeting and document exports to DOCX or PDF. Leaving the service should be as easy as joining it.
Transparent cost per action
Generation cost is visible before the run, and your remaining AI requests sit on the page where you spend them. No end-of-month surprises.
One entrance, not ten apps
Telegram to catch a thought on the move, the site to sort it out calmly. The space between them is one and the same.
