What is Vio in plain words?

It is a personal workspace where notes, tasks, calendar and files live together, with an AI assistant always alongside. It doesn't start the conversation from scratch: it answers and suggests based on what you have already saved.

How does a note become a task or a meeting?

Write everything you remember in the note: time, place, people, what needs preparing. Then press «To task» or «To calendar» - they carry the text over as is. The buttons marked with AI parse the same phrase into fields: date, attendees and place are filled in for you. Both roads are side by side and you choose.

How does Vio work with Telegram?

You link your account to the @vioNotes_bot bot and then simply write to it. A voice message becomes a note draft, forwarded messages and files are saved with it, and reminders for tasks and meetings arrive in the same chat.

Does the AI really answer from my data?

Yes. Vio searches your notes, tasks, events and documents and answers from them, showing links to the sources underneath - you can open and verify them. The search runs only over your own material.

Can I limit what the AI reads?

Yes, and it is configured per chat. Search over your personal base, internet access and the calculator switch on separately - «auto», «always» or «off». Sources are selectable too: you can leave only notes or only files.

Which files can I upload?

PDF, Word, Excel, presentations, spreadsheets, images, audio and video. Text is extracted automatically and speech in audio and video is recognised - after that the document takes part in search and answers.

What can the image and video studios do?

In the image studio you describe the frame in words, pick a style preset, format and size, and optionally add reference images. The video studio has three modes: from text, from your own image and from a reference. The cost is shown before the run and the result lands in folders next to the rest of your material.

Why are habits and a dictionary in a workspace?

Because a day doesn't split into «work» and «personal». The habit tracker keeps recurring things visible next to your tasks, and word cards give you five useful minutes in the place you already visit every day. Don't like it - simply don't open those sections.

How much does it cost and are there limits?

Notes, tasks, calendar and habits are available to everyone. AI chat, note parsing, the document library, the dictionary and the generation studios belong to the paid plans. Your remaining AI requests and used storage are visible right on the page where you spend them - no surprises.

Who can see my material?

Only you. Every note, task, meeting and file is tied to your account, sign-in is protected, and access to the platform is granted on request.
