Terms of use

1. Subject

These terms govern the use of Vio — a personal workspace with artificial intelligence features, available at vio-agi.ru and through the Telegram bot @vioNotes_bot. The service is operated by the operator of the Vio service (company details are published here once registered).

By starting to use the service — submitting an access request, creating an account or connecting the bot — you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, you may not use the service.

2. Access and account

• Access is granted on request: you leave your contacts, we get in touch and open your personal space.
• An account is personal. Passing access to third parties is not allowed.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done under your account.
• Report any suspicion of unauthorised access via the contacts in section 8.
• The service may be used by people who have reached the age at which the laws of their country allow them to enter into such agreements on their own.

3. Your material

Everything you save in Vio — notes, tasks, events, files, AI conversations — remains yours. The operator acquires no rights to this content and does not use it to train models.

We process your material solely to provide the service: show it to you, find it on request, remind you of a deadline, pass it to an AI model on your command.

You warrant that you have the right to upload the material and that doing so does not infringe third-party rights.

4. What is not allowed

• Posting material whose distribution is prohibited by the laws of the Russian Federation.
• Infringing third-party exclusive rights.
• Attempting to access other people's accounts and data.
• Loading the service beyond ordinary use by automated means, circumventing plan limits, interfering with the infrastructure.
• Using the service to send unsolicited messages or malicious code.

Breaking these rules may result in access being restricted or terminated. In case of a serious breach — without prior notice.

5. Plans and limits

Notes, tasks, calendar and the habit tracker are free. AI chat, note parsing, the document library, the dictionary and the generation studios belong to paid plans and consume AI requests.

Your remaining AI requests and used storage are shown in the interface on the page where you spend them. The cost of generating an image or a video is shown before the run.

6. How AI works here

AI answers are auxiliary and may contain inaccuracies. The service shows links to the sources underneath the answer — check anything important against them.

AI answers are not legal, medical, financial or any other professional advice. Decisions taken on the basis of such answers remain your responsibility.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided «as is». We aim for uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee it: planned maintenance and outages at contractors, including AI providers, are possible.

The operator is not liable for lost profit or indirect damages. We recommend keeping business-critical material somewhere besides Vio — the service exports to DOCX and PDF for exactly that reason.

8. Changes and contact

These terms may change. The current version is published at this address with its date at the top of the page. By continuing to use the service after a change you accept the new version.
