AI chat
The key difference between chat in Vio and an ordinary assistant: it answers from what you have already saved. No need to re-explain the context - it is already there.
Three tools
Each tool switches on separately and has three states: «auto», «always» and «off». Nothing happens by itself unless you allowed it.
- Knowledge - search across your notes, tasks, events and files.
- Web - built-in internet search when the answer isn't inside.
- Math - calculations through a calculator instead of eyeballing.
Answer sources
In every chat you can narrow the material down: keep only notes, only files, only events - or all at once. Links to the exact records the answer was built from appear underneath it, and each one can be opened and verified.
Turn all sources off and Vio answers like an ordinary conversational partner, without looking into your material.
How to start a conversation
You can open a chat from scratch, or from a note with the «To chat» button - then that note and its files are already the context. The second way is handier when the question is about a specific document.
